went out jogging last night..woot! SHIOK!
lol k la...its just windy afterall...enjoy the wind blowing against my face
like the old times...when im still able to go longer distance =)
now is just abt 3 rounds ard the park? hmm..drop alot
used to be more then 5 less than 10 XD
hehe...so yeah....jog and sweat! most impt! with music =D
happy happy...go on like non tiring...
maybe i wasnt at my full speed yet...oh nvm abt that =)
after jogging went home, bath and done everything i could....
